HeyBryx uses this site to describe website design services and to run a client portal.

The portal is where a client can preview templates, palettes, and logo options before a site is built. Previews are design directions. They are not the finished public website.

These terms are plain-language rules for using the site. They are not legal advice, and we are not a law firm.

The request form is how a business can say it is interested. Sending it does not create an account, and it does not by itself create a contract or a start date.

This site does not list prices or packages. Scope and price are agreed separately, outside this form.

We may decline a request.

Client accounts are created by HeyBryx. There is no public sign-up.

Use the password you set from your login email. Do not share it. Tell us if you think someone else is using the account.

You may update your own profile details. You cannot change your role.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and for having the right to share a logo or other material you upload.

Comments in the portal are directions for the design. They do not publish a website on their own.

We work to keep the site available and the portal accurate. Design tools, including color suggestions, are aids. You still choose the direction.

AI-assisted design help may be added over time. Nothing on this site is an automated site builder, and a preview is not a promise that a particular layout is already built.
