If you request a website, we collect the business name, your name, email, city, state, and business type. Phone, a logo file, color choices, and the design questions on that form are optional.

If you have an account, we keep the email you sign in with, your role, and the profile details you save. Clients also have a business record with the business name and any phone or location on that record.

Design work can include palette choices, template selections, logo decisions, and comments.

The site also receives ordinary technical data that a host logs, such as a browser request. We use that to run the site, not to build an advertising profile.

We use this information to reply to a request, design a website, run the portal, and keep accounts working.

We do not use it to sell you to other companies.

The site is hosted, the database and file storage are provided, and email is delivered by service providers acting for this business. They process information so the site can function.

That sharing is part of operating the service. It is not a sale of your data.

We keep account and project information while we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterward so we can answer questions and keep records.
