FAQ
Short answers about accounts, the design portal, and how to ask for a website.
How do accounts work?
HeyBryx creates each client account. There is no public sign-up and no separate username.
You sign in at https://www.heybryx.com/login with the email on the account and the password you set from the login email. An admin lands in the admin area. A client lands in the design portal.
You can update your own name and contact details on the profile page after you sign in, and you can change your password there. Changing the sign-in email sends a confirmation before the address changes.
How does design review work?
The portal is part of the website design, not a service that only reviews a site you already have.
When a project is ready, you open three website templates. You can recolor each one with the palettes prepared for you, choose one template and one palette, or decline every option and leave a comment.
That choice is a direction for the build. It is not the finished public website.
How do logos and palettes work?
Color palettes are named sets of colors. On a template, cycling a palette recolors the preview so you can compare directions.
Logo rounds, when they are assigned, show a few options. You can accept or decline each one and say what you like or dislike.
AI-assisted color tools are being added to help prepare palette directions. You still choose. There is no automated site builder.
How long does a website take?
Timing depends on the business, how many preview rounds you need, and when feedback comes back.
A request does not start a clock. After a project is agreed, the portal is where layout, color, and logo direction are settled before the site is built.
This site does not list prices or packages. Those are agreed separately.
What happens to my information?
HeyBryx is compliant with applicable privacy laws and does not sell your personal data to anyone.
We use what you send — contact details, business notes, logo files, colors, and design comments — to design the site and run the portal. Service providers that host the site, store the database, or deliver email process that information for us. They are not a sale of your data.
The privacy policy and terms are linked in the footer. Questions can go to twoshotaffiliate@gmail.com.
How do I ask for a website?
Use Request a website. You do not need an account. Share the business name, your name, email, city, state, and the type of business. Phone, a logo, colors, and the design questions are optional.
That request is kept as an interested client. It is not a portal account and it is not a contract. We follow up by email.
